Teaching program

Orientation (goofy/regular, position, stance etc), getting acquainted with the equipment (BS/FS, nose/tail) get used to the board, skating, gliding- and straight-line exercises, fall technique,standing up, sides lipping, using the ski-lift, safety rules, basic turns on gentle and moderately steep slopes.

Recommended duration 4-days course (2 hours per day) + 2-days Get up and Shred
